Why coaching?
School leadership is a real privilege although with that also comes a level of responsibility for the students, staff and families that our schools serve.
I know from experience that leadership roles are very rewarding, stimulating but also sometimes challenging.
You may have taken your first step into leadership or perhaps you are taking on a higher level of leadership and responsibility. You may be a leader with extensive experience.
Whichever is true for you, there may be times when it's hard to "see the wood for the trees" and when determining your next steps can feel really hard. This may be at work but may also be in your personal life too. For that reason, wellbeing and looking at the holistic picture is a big part of what I offer to you.
Working together, we will create a space for deep thinking, where you are psychologically safe and free to reflect without judgement.
